Description

You will lead testing lifecycles and manage quality assurance deliverables for electrical domain projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain test plans, scripts, and execution models for specific environments.
• Control project scope and participate in requirement gathering and review meetings.
• Train testers on business processes, test strategies, and script execution.
• Manage customer and team relationships to ensure project success.
• Present quality dashboards and prepare end users for new business processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in testing and quality control.
• Domain expertise in the Electrical sector.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, C, COBOL, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA/MS Access).
• Experience with Windows and Linux (Oracle 8+, RedHat Linux 6-7).
• Database management using SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata.
• Version control using GIT, Visual Source Safe, or Clear Case.
• Project management via Team Foundation Server or Quality Center.
• Test automation experience using Selenium or similar frameworks.
• Documentation skills using MS-Word, MS-Visio, and MS-PowerPoint.
