Description

You will lead the quality assurance strategy and governance framework for credit, debit, and digital payment products.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance the quality framework, including developing automation tools for multiple product specifications.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver hands-free testing and monitoring tools.
• Direct the execution of end-to-end functional and regression testing.
• Envision automation tool capabilities and work with engineering to prioritize, deliver, and deploy them.
• Define, track, and report quality metrics to provide actionable insights for improving time-to-market.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Test Management or QA leadership.
• Expertise in Test Automation and building automation tools.
• Strong background in Regression Testing and end-to-end functional testing.
• Experience with Software Testing and Test Execution across the SDLC.
• Proven ability in Software Deployment and quality process management.
• Skilled in Negotiation and collaborating with business and technology partners.
• Background in Quality Assurance for financial or payment products.
