Lead quality assurance efforts for complex projects and manage testing lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own test planning, execution, and defect management processes.
• Lead and supervise QA teams in a leadership capacity.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to track test metrics.
• Manage stakeholder communications regarding testing progress and defects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance for complex projects.
• 2+ years in a leadership role as a Tester.
• Experience with Selenium or Katalon for automated testing.
• Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar defect tracking tools.
• Prior experience working with State Government clients.
• Valid Driver’s License and local residency in New York.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript or related programming languages for automation.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing teams.
