Description

You will own the quality assurance process for custom and GIS-based applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in creating detailed test scenarios.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and participate in defect triage sessions.
• Track testing progress, report risks, and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams, PMO, and technical teams within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of QA/testing experience in software development projects.
• Strong experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with GitHub and ServiceNow.
• Experience with RTM documentation, UAT coordination, and test data preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing GIS applications or large-scale system implementations.
• Exposure to performance, regression, and security testing.
• Mobile device testing experience or public sector experience.
