Description

You will execute manual testing and support the full lifecycle of system enhancements and upgrades.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing scripts and run tests within designated environments.
• Develop testing scenarios, test plans, and scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform sanity testing prior to UAT and regression testing following UAT completion.
• Document testing steps, results, and defects, communicating findings to the Testing Lead and management.
• Validate system enhancements in production and support post-implementation defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in software testing or QA roles.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deep functional knowledge of the CAPS program.
• Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for program components.
• Proficiency in writing and editing technical documentation and training materials.
• Experience with manual testing script execution and defect identification.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Ability to reside in Atlanta, GA, for periodic on-site training and equipment pickup.
