Description

You will own the quality assurance process for Salesforce and associated applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers and functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and confidently present during client-facing Salesforce demos.
• Maintain accurate test documentation, reports, and QA artifacts.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in software testing or QA with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Intermediate hands-on experience with Salesforce testing.
• Strong proficiency in test planning, test case creation, and execution.
• Experience with bug tracking tools, specifically JIRA.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and API testing (Postman).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
