Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for complex software applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure reliability.
• Analyze test results, prioritize defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to a team of testing engineers.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing, covering both manual and automated methodologies.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining automated frameworks using Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or TOSCA.
• Proficiency in API testing, Web application testing, and UI testing.
• Working knowledge of PHP, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• ISTQB or similar software testing certification.
