What's the Job?

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on detailed business and technical requirements.
• Perform various testing types including functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate financial transactions, workflows, calculations, reporting, and interfaces to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to identify, document, and track software defects for resolution.
• Support automation testing initiatives, maintain automated test scripts, and validate system integrations with internal and third-party financial platforms.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience supporting financial services organizations such as Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Insurance, Mortgage, Lending, or FinTech.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Playwright for automation testing.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience creating and executing manual test cases, test scenarios, and defect management using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or TestRail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
