Description

You will perform manual and functional testing to verify CRP, Data Lake, and OMI systems meet business and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for CRP enhancements, Data Lake dashboards, and OMI applications.
• Document and track defects in Azure DevOps.
• Partner with Test Engineers to validate automation results and ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) success.
• Coordinate with Illinois DoIT to validate IAM/IGA user access workflows using Okta and SailPoint.
• Verify compliance test results and document findings for federal systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking.
• Experience with federal system testing, including HIPAA and FedRAMP compliance.
• Ability to validate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Understanding of IAM/IGA workflows (Okta, SailPoint).
