Description

You will own test planning and execution for ETL, database, and Python-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end ETL testing, including data migration, conversion, and data quality checks.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Drive the QA release cycle, including defect reporting and end-to-end testing.
• Perform manual database validations and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams, test leads, and change management partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing and ETL/DB testing.
• Strong SQL query writing skills for source-to-target testing and database validation.
• Experience with Python testing.
• Familiarity with Unix commands.
• Proficiency with Jira for test case management, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and design skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically pivot functionalities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Automation experience using Selenium, TOSCA, UFT, VB scripting, or API automation.
• Banking domain experience.
