Own the QA strategy for large-scale platform transformations, ensuring seamless transitions across systems and comprehensive data migration validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy for platform transitions, ensuring alignment with program goals and stakeholder needs.
• Define the QA operating model, including team structure and delivery roadmaps for groups of 8–15 resources.
• Execute sampling-based validation for large enterprise datasets and manage comprehensive regression coverage.
• Perform data migration validation, including before/after reconciliation and clinical policy checks.
• Leverage automation tools to drive efficiency in validation workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA, with exposure to enterprise-scale programs.
• Proficiency in UiPath and RPA/UI tools for automation-led validation.
• Strong SQL skills for data checks and verification.
• Experience with Clinical Adjudication (CAM), medical necessity reviews, and authorization workflows.
• Understanding of utilization management and coding guidelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with multi-system dependencies, including online, batch, and data migration ecosystems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Broadcom to IBM stack transitions.
• Background in payer decision frameworks.
