Description

You own the quality assurance strategy across complex, full-stack workflows, spanning modern distributed systems and legacy mainframe environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute end-to-end test strategies for intricate front-to-back workflows.
• Design and validate data migration flows between mainframe systems and distributed tiers.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for nightly and regression testing suites.
• Define test roadmaps and track key metrics like test coverage and defect leakage.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automated software testing.
• Expert proficiency with Playwright for UI automation.
• Experience implementing BDD using Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Selenium for testing frameworks.
• Deep experience with Mainframe Testing, including data flow validation.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, DevOps).
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking and test management.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
