Description

You will execute manual and automated testing for a central Order Management and Warehouse Management solution, ensuring order fulfillment workflows function correctly.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and design specifications to validate deliverables and flag conflicting requirements.
• Create detailed test plans and cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Perform manual testing covering functionality, data validation, and system compatibility.
• Isolate, analyze, and report defects, then verify fixes.
• Communicate test status and open issues proactively with Product, Project, and Development teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant QA technical experience.
• 3+ years working on supply chain systems, specifically Warehouse Management and Order Management.
• Proficiency in Web services/API testing using Postman.
• Experience with SQL for data validation.
• Experience using Jira and Github.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience reviewing BRDs and understanding complex business workflows.
• Clear, proactive written and verbal communication skills.
