Own quality assurance and automation testing for conversational AI platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate features within Conversational AI platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation tests using relevant tools.
• Analyze business requirements to guide chatbot and voicebot creation.
• Ensure solutions align with design and architectural specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Cyara.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with IVR Technologies.
• Knowledge of Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with Conversational AI concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kore.ai, SmartAssist, or Kore.ai XO Platform.
• Exposure to Generative AI concepts in conversational products.
• Experience with Node.js for chatbot backend development.
