Description

You will own quality assurance for banking and mortgage applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual tests across internal and third-party systems.
• Manage and track defects using Jira.
• Document test results and application behavior.
• Collaborate with IT and Business teams throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in QA or Manual Testing.
• Mandatory knowledge of Mortgage Origination & Servicing domains.
• Proficiency with Jira for defect tracking.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM processes.
• Strong understanding of Banking and Finance applications.
• Proven experience testing both internal and external systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
