Description

You will own the manual and automated testing of configurations and integrations for out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain test data, data validation, and end-to-end testing flows.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF for IRM and GRC modules.
• Conduct regression testing using ATF across ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
• Test REST/SOAP integrations and validate cross-browser E2E user journeys.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of experience in QA, including 3+ years with ServiceNow ATF (IRM/GRC).
• Strong automation experience with Selenium.
• Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, and SOX compliance flows.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, and business rules.
• 3+ years validating platform UI, Service Portal, and Workspace UX.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in test planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, ATF).
• Scripting experience with Python or JavaScript.
