Description

Perform functional testing for web applications, with a focus on label and tracking features. You will investigate and restart failed batch or label reconciliation jobs by analyzing logs and coordinating with batch operations. Execute regression testing using automation tools and perform manual validation when automated tests fail. Develop new test automation scripts for existing and upcoming features. Debug production code and use SQL queries to investigate tracking issues and clean up database tables. Write and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining test plans and test cases.

• Working knowledge of markup languages including HTML and XML.
• Ability to debug production code and analyze system logs.
• Experience running and maintaining test automation suites.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
