Description

You will own the end-to-end testing strategy for backend systems, APIs, and data workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for REST/SOAP APIs, Spring Boot microservices, and RabbitMQ messaging.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for APIs, schedulers, and message queues.
• Develop automated SQL validation scripts for complex data reconciliation and integrity checks.
• Support CI/CD pipelines through deployment validation, post-release smoke tests, and issue triaging.
• Create and maintain reusable test data for QA and pre-production environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA experience focusing on backend systems, APIs, and databases.
• Proficiency in writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or similar real-time messaging frameworks.
• Strong testing skills in REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and event-driven processes.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and JIRA.
• Java development or testing experience.
• Ability to work independently within an offshore delivery model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Scripting or automation using Python and Selenium.
• Experience with Ready API, SOA Test, Parasoft, or JMeter.
