Description

You will execute automated and manual testing to validate system functionality and feature integrity.

Responsibilities

• Execute automated and manual tests to cover system functionality and ensure feature quality.
• Partner with development teams to identify risk areas in new solutions.
• Translate product vision from Business Analysts and Product Managers into actionable test cases.
• Communicate detailed defect information to developers and assist the IT Product Manager with defect prioritization.
• Maintain and automate comprehensive test suites using a continuous improvement approach.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with manual acceptance, exploratory, and creative testing.
• 5+ years of experience implementing automated end-to-end tests using Selenium or similar tools.
• 4+ years of experience testing within Agile methodologies and participating in agile ceremonies.
• 4+ years of experience running tests in production environments after deployment.
• 4+ years of experience collaborating directly with development teams.
• 4+ years of experience using project management tools such as Jira or MS DevOps.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• Ability to develop integration, performance, and load-bearing tests.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working as a tester on cross-functional agile teams.
• Experience using BDD frameworks.
