Description

Lead testing efforts across Agile and Waterfall projects within the banking domain, managing day-to-day activities for MVP, MMP, and Operational Readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage testing activities for MVP, MMP, and Operational Readiness phases.
• Develop workstream plans covering resource management, milestones, and change management.
• Own defect management and track execution progress across teams.
• Lead readiness planning for pre- and post-go-live phases, including Hypercare.
• Partner with Product Owners and SIT leads to align testing objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance and testing experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading test teams.
• Deep banking domain knowledge in retail and deposits areas.
• Experience testing back-office operations such as payments, reconciliations, wires, or ACH.
• Knowledge of decedent, bankruptcy, or tax processes.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage MVP and MMP lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hypercare support models.
