Description

Own the end-to-end testing process to ensure software reliability and quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and verify fixes.
• Document and prioritize defects in tracking systems while collaborating with developers on resolutions.
• Conduct regression, smoke, and sanity testing to validate software releases.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover usability issues and hidden defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Java or Python for writing automated tests.
• Experience with regression testing and defect management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to review technical design documents and provide feedback on requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
