Description

You will perform scripted and routine testing to ensure information systems meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute data validation testing for external partner platforms.
• Review Medicare plan benefits and rate testing to ensure accuracy across multiple quote and enrollment platforms.
• Track and log test cases to report defects for resolution.
• Perform standardized testing procedures under direct supervision to meet quality and time targets.
• Prioritize your own workload to meet agreed timescales.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with system navigation and CRM tools.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work under frequent review by senior QA professionals.

Preferred Skills

• Medicare industry experience.
