Description

You will own language testing for Cantonese and Mandarin across the software development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute rigorous testing processes for Cantonese and Mandarin language localization.
• Manage testing tasks and defect tracking using Jira.
• Operate independently throughout the full testing lifecycle.
• Apply SDLC principles to ensure software quality and stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Native-level fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency with Jira for task and defect management.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to function independently in a remote testing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IVR systems.
