Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for large, complex systems and industry-specific applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute benchmark, load, stress, and endurance tests to validate non-functional requirements.
• Design and implement test strategies, workload designs, test cases, and environment setups.
• Monitor application logs to diagnose system behavior and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to define testing approaches and infrastructure.
• Manage defect tracking and configuration management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and technical design within complex systems.
• Expertise in Performance Testing using Open Text LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in Test Planning, Estimation, and Strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Test Data Setup and Test Environment Setup.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies.
• Strong skills in Defect Management and Configuration Management.
• Experience performing both manual and automated tests for performance, compatibility, and UI.
• Bachelor's Degree.
