Description

You will own the quality assurance process for ServiceNow modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ATF test suites and test cases within ServiceNow.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies based on requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyzing results and logging defects in ServiceNow or related tools.
• Track and document defects through the software development lifecycle until resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform and tools.
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) for ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of UAT testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze test results and log defects effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
