Description

You will drive QA planning, tracking, and reporting while executing test lifecycle deliverables to ensure successful Test Strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create and document test plans, execute tests, and analyze results to report anomalies from a business end-user perspective.
• Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and vendor technical teams to understand requirements and support testing needs within an Agile framework.
• Manage defect triage meetings, participate in demos, and report weekly status to the QA Testing Lead.
• Assist subject matter experts in developing UAT test scenarios and preparing UAT instructions for end users.
• Document Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and ensure applications are prepared for UAT.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development project testing, including mid-scale or large-scale system development.
• Expertise in creating test cases, writing manual test scripts, and running tests for application functions.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with System testing, parallel/comparative testing, QA testing, and performance testing.
• Ability to review and analyze system specifications, including Business Requirements and Design Documents.
• Strong experience with GitHub and ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of experience with defect management tools.
• Proven ability to perform manual and automated testing, including regression, security, and load testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the public sector.
• Software testing certifications such as CAST, CSTE, CSQA, or CMSQ.
• Experience with mobile device testing.
