Description

Validate Epic-based healthcare software applications to ensure system stability and data accuracy. Own the testing lifecycle from planning through defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans in collaboration with technical teams.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Monitor and integrate Epic system updates into existing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT QA.
• Epic certification in one or more modules.
• Direct experience validating Epic-based healthcare software.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data standards including HL7 and FHIR.
• Proficiency with standard software testing tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
