Description

Lead end-to-end testing strategies and drive quality engineering optimization across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test strategies, including roadmaps, data plans, execution approaches, and risk identification.
• Manage full lifecycle testing efforts covering system, functional, integration, E2E, and regression testing.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with testing points of contact and TPOs to ensure alignment on test scenarios.
• Execute required testing efforts and provide regular E2E status reporting to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members on quality improvements, best practices, and remediation of project risks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in full SDLC testing efforts.
• Expertise in QE optimization and Mainframe testing.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) from requirement analysis to execution.
• Experience with backend and DB2 environments.
• Proficiency in QE automation using Java and Cucumber.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for task and defect management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in strategic thinking and large-scale test roadmap planning.
