Good to Have Skills: ISTQB Foundation or Intermediate certification, Database and Mainframe testing experience, API testing experience, ETL tools such as SSIS, Cloud Platforms with hands-on testing experience in AWS or Microsoft Azure, Relational database expertise using PostgreSQL and DBeaver, knowledge of healthcare insurance industry, understanding of data governance and lineage concepts, change management and test design techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver assigned QA activities in line with agreed plans and quality targets for data and analytics solutions.
• Build product and data understanding to support effective test design across ETL pipelines and databases.
• Execute test cases and log, track, and retest defects using agreed tools and methodologies.
• Prioritise test cases and support creation of execution plans for data testing activities.
• Participate in defect triage sessions and root cause analysis to improve data quality.
• Participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies within SAFe environment.
• Track and report testing progress and outcomes to QA Manager and stakeholders.
• Contribute to sprint retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes.
• Apply appropriate test techniques, methodologies, and tools to achieve effective test coverage.
• Support mentoring and knowledge sharing with peers and junior team members.
• Adhere to Quality Engineering best practices and support efficiency improvements.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across ETL extraction, transformation, and load processes.

Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in Software QA with focus on ETL and data testing, experience validating ETL processes, experience contributing to test automation within ETL and data pipelines, hands-on experience with ETL testing tools, experience working across the full test lifecycle.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
