Description

Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for large-scale programs, coordinating SIT, UAT, regression, and E2E activities across distributed teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Test Strategy, Test Plans, and execution roadmaps, defining scope, entry/exit criteria, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing across multiple applications, business groups, and regions, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance standards.
• Lead UAT engagement by facilitating business reviews, managing sign-off processes, and ensuring traceability between requirements and test results.
• Drive defect triage, remediation tracking, and risk management, proactively escalating bottlenecks and ensuring environment readiness.
• Produce daily/weekly dashboards and Test Summary Reports, maintaining testing artifacts in Azure DevOps and SharePoint.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Testing/QA experience with 3–5 years in Test Lead or Test Manager roles.
• Proven experience leading SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing for complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in Test Planning, Governance, Defect Management, and Stakeholder Management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, HP ALM, or equivalent test management tools.
• Experience managing testing dependencies across boundary applications and integrated systems.
• Ability to coordinate large-scale testing programs involving multiple applications and global distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to program leadership and business partners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint for documentation and reporting.
• Background in managing vendor or external application team testing dependencies.
