Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts across multiple projects, managing testing lifecycles, defect management, and UAT deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Test Strategies, Plans, Suites, and Cases within Azure DevOps.
• Oversee UAT execution, bug tracking, and Go/No-Go documentation including requirement traceability.
• Coordinate with development leads for environment preparation across Dev, Integration, and QA phases.
• Lead bug triage sessions, conduct root cause analysis, and facilitate communication between vendors and stakeholders.
• Provide project reporting on QA metrics, risks, blockers, and test readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking.
• Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Expertise in managing the full defect lifecycle, from triage to resolution.
• Ability to provide testing estimations and mentor QA/UAT testers.
• Experience managing team boards and project dashboards in ADO.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Point of Sale or Teller (ATM) systems.
