Description

You will lead testing efforts for web, ETL, and Java backend systems, leveraging 15+ years of experience to ensure quality across the full stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing strategies for web applications, ETL pipelines, and Java-based backend services.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using BDD and ATDD methodologies.
• Lead testing initiatives within a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) environment.
• Manage defect tracking and test execution using HP ALM, JIRA, and Rally.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to validate data integrity in ETL processes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in QA analysis and testing.
• Strong proficiency in Java backend testing.
• Extensive experience testing ETL workflows and data validation.
• Deep knowledge of SQL for data verification and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on expertise with HP ALM, JIRA, and Rally for test management.
• Proven track record in BDD and ATDD test automation.
• Experience leading testing efforts and contributing to a Testing CoE.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale enterprise testing environments.
• Ability to mentor junior QA engineers.
