Experience Required
✅ 8+ years of experience in Application Support and QA Testing
🔹 Application Support & Production Ownership – 50%
✔️ Own production incidents, including triage, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and coordination with development teams.
✔️ Perform L2 Application/Production Support for critical applications.
✔️ Debug application code using C#, .NET Core, React, and TypeScript.
✔️ Monitor applications using Azure Monitor and App Insights.
✔️ Participate in a minimal on-call rotation.
✔️ Delegate incident-related tasks to other teams when appropriate.
✔️ Support batch systems, performance issues, security concerns, and integration failures.
✔️ Collaborate across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
🔹 Testing & QA Automation – 50%
✔️ Execute and maintain automation using Selenium and Playwright.
✔️ Perform Website and Web Application Testing across frontend and backend components.
✔️ Perform UI, API, full-stack, database, integration, batch, performance, and security testing.
✔️ Write and debug automation code to support testing activities.
✔️ Collaborate on performance, security, and integration testing.
✔️ Use Copilot and Claude to accelerate testing and debugging workflows.
🔹 Release, Deployment & CI/CD
✔️ Own and perform application deployments.
✔️ Run CI/CD pipelines and deploy code.
✔️ Triage pipeline issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
✔️ Validate releases in lower environments as part of sprint work.
