Own production incidents, application support, and full-stack QA automation for critical systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own production incidents, triage issues, perform Root Cause Analysis, and coordinate with development teams to resolve them.
• Execute and maintain automation scripts using Selenium and Playwright for UI, API, and full-stack testing.
• Debug application code in C#, .NET Core, React, and TypeScript to support L2 application support and testing activities.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, perform deployments, and validate releases in lower environments.
• Monitor application health using Azure Monitor and App Insights, participating in a minimal on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Application Support and QA Testing.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, TypeScript, and React.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright for test automation.
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Azure App Insights for application monitoring.
• Strong SQL skills for database and integration testing.
• Ability to debug code and triage complex production issues.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AI tools like Copilot and Claude to accelerate testing and debugging workflows.
• Background in performance and security testing.
