Description

Lead the QA team in designing and executing automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications. Own the quality lifecycle from test planning to defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Implement and promote BDD practices using Cucumber to enhance test clarity and coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate application behavior.
• Analyze test execution results, track defects, and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and foster best practices in automation and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Core Java concepts.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience with BDD frameworks, specifically Cucumber.
• Knowledge of J2EE and enterprise application testing.
• Understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify defects effectively.
