Description

You will lead quality assurance and testing efforts for the application suite, owning the automation framework and release pipeline integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the automation test framework and architecture.
• Develop Agile test automation solutions to maintain coverage within CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct requirements and design reviews, risk-based analysis, and manage test data.
• Create and execute test plans and scripts, providing detailed status reports on automated and manual tests.
• Optimize automation code following industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA/Testing.
• Strong expertise in Java programming for automation script development.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and designing automation test frameworks.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
• Sound understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based testing.
• Strong analytical skills for defect identification, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of test data management and traceability.
• Familiarity with system, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading QA teams or mentoring junior analysts.
• Knowledge of additional automation tools beyond Selenium.
