Good to Have Skills: ISTQB Foundation or Intermediate certification, API testing experience, hands-on testing experience in AWS/Microsoft Azure, ownership of data quality strategy and test approach across analytics platforms, ETL tools such as SSIS, relational database expertise using PostgreSQL and DBeaver, web technologies including Java and HTML, Salesforce and Vlocity experience, Selenium or UFT experience, healthcare insurance industry knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver QA targets for assigned projects ensuring quality outcomes are met.
• Develop deep product and data understanding and create effective test designs for data solutions.
• Execute comprehensive test cases and log, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Define test priorities and create efficient execution plans for ETL pipelines and databases.
• Participate in defect triage sessions and conduct thorough root cause analysis of issues.
• Actively participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies within SAFe environment.
• Track and report test progress against agreed plans to stakeholders and management.
• Contribute to sprint retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
• Apply appropriate test techniques, methodologies, and tools to maximize test coverage for data solutions.
• Mentor and support junior QA team members in their professional development and technical skills.
• Adhere to Quality Engineering best practices and actively drive efficiency improvements in testing processes.

Experience Required: 5-8 years of experience in Software QA with strong focus on ETL and data testing, proven experience validating ETL extraction, transformation, and load processes, experience testing across multiple database types, hands-on experience with ETL testing tools, strong understanding of the full test lifecycle, and experience with automated testing and modelling tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
