Description

Lead complex QA assignments and manage testing across host-based, distributed, and client-server environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and QA reviews for new or modified applications.
• Design and implement QA software and systems through direct consultation with clients and technical staff.
• Analyze and refine QA procedures, processes, and metrics to assess overall software quality.
• Provide technical direction to junior professionals and support IT staff with QA documentation.
• Evaluate and adapt standard and complex testing techniques to meet specific project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports.
• Proven expertise in applying Agile methodologies to the software testing lifecycle.
• Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency with test management tools including Jira and Client ALM.
• Experience working within CI/CD environments with a continuous testing mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to monitor trends and develop models within Quality Assurance and Testing.
