Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance process for web applications within an agile scrum environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Interface with product owners and engineers to ensure new features are designed for testability.
• Automate functional tests and perform regular regression testing to support frequent releases.
• Partner with frontend, backend, and release management teams to ensure APIs, database designs, and UI elements support automation.
• Maintain the quality of applications placed on the portal to ensure continuous 24x7x365 operations.
• Propose testing strategies and automation paths to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
• Proficiency with Java and Selenium for test automation.
• Experience with BDD using Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
• Strong understanding of REST, web application architectures, and web development.
• Experience using Github or similar version control systems.
• Competency with test case management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or OpenShift cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
• Healthcare domain experience.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
