Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA & Usability Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, and usability of our web and mobile applications. The role focuses on identifying defects, validating user experiences, and ensuring that products meet both technical and user-centric standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate user flows, UI consistency, and ease of use
• Review UI/UX designs and provide usability improvement suggestions
• Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing
• Validate accessibility basics and user interaction standards
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers
• Prepare test reports and usability findings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manual testing processes and methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Ability to analyse requirements and identify edge cases
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
