Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through requirement analysis and testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate current ETL processes into technical requirements for developers.
• Collaborate with developers during requirement walkthroughs and project planning.
• Execute extensive regression testing post-development and document all results.
• Gather business requirements directly from business partners.
• Analyze business enquiries and assist support teams with debugging production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA and Business Analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and verification.
• Experience performing functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users.
• Ability to create mockups using Excel.
• Strong quantitative analytics and quantitative skills.
• Background in Quality Assurance and regression testing.
• Proven ability in code design and requirement documentation.

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
