Description

Lead business analysis and quality assurance for complex software implementation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document detailed system requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Develop test cases and scenarios to ensure traceability against business and system requirements.
• Execute system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Identify software defects and coordinate solutions with the Technical Lead.
• Lead team members in planning and completing testing activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and software design.
• 5+ years of experience testing software applications using a data-driven development approach.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting computer software systems and implementing programs.
• 3+ years of experience planning, leading, and analyzing business requirements across geographically dispersed organizations.
• 3+ years of experience preparing and executing test plans and complex test scenarios.
• 3+ years of experience testing interfaces, data conversion, and migration for large legacy system replacements.
• 3+ years of experience using test management software such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Agile implementation methods for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
