Description

You will lead systems analysis, software validation, and testing activities to bridge business requirements with technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document detailed system requirements and perform gap analysis to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop test cases and scenarios based on business requirements to maintain full traceability.
• Execute system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Identify and document software defects, working with the Technical Lead to drive solutions.
• Lead team members in executing testing activities and communicate results effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and software design.
• 5+ years of experience testing software applications using a data-driven development approach.
• 5+ years of experience in problem-solving, scheduling, and troubleshooting computer software systems.
• 3+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and preparing software specifications.
• 3+ years of experience preparing and executing test plans and managing test activities.
• 3+ years of experience testing interfaces, data conversion, and migration for large legacy system replacements.
• 3+ years of experience collecting requirements across multiple geographically dispersed program areas.
• 3+ years of experience using test management software such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Proficiency in software test processes and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Agile implementation methods for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
