Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through requirement analysis and automated testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and workflows through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure full system functionality coverage.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG or JUnit.
• Identify, report, and track defects to resolution using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA or Business Analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and WebDriver.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and back-end testing.
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience managing defects in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
