Provide technical and functional expertise for QAD ERP modules, focusing on Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and techno-functional support for QAD ERP Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution modules.
• Analyze issues and gather new requirements through direct interaction with business customers.
• Resolve user queries and provide ongoing support to QAD users.
• Conduct training sessions on QAD ERP modules for end users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QAD ERP roles.
• Deep functional knowledge of QAD Manufacturing modules.
• Deep functional knowledge of QAD Sales and Distribution modules.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and customer interaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
