Description

Lead quality assurance and control for large-scale IT systems with high user volumes and project costs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project Quality Management Plan and manage QA/QC activities, including integrated master schedule updates.
• Develop and maintain test matrices to measure coverage, track velocity, and report system quality metrics.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) teams and manage UAT strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Implement system, regression, and system integration testing methodologies.
• Lead external interface testing efforts and document test results, statuses, and defects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing QA/QC for IT projects costing $20M+ with 100,000+ external users.
• 3+ years leading UAT teams within waterfall, hybrid, or agile SDLC methodologies.
• 3+ years implementing system, regression, and system integration testing.
• 3+ years leading external interface testing for complex systems.
• 3+ years creating test plans, test cases, and maintaining test-related documentation.
• 2+ years of experience with automation tools including SoapUI, Katalon, Selenium, or Postman.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years as a test lead collaborating with prime vendor development and testing teams.
• 3+ years using Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage end-to-end testing and real-time reporting.
• 3+ years developing test scenarios for positive and negative testing with requirement traceability.
