Lead QA testing and ServiceNow administration for long-term projects in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA testers by providing technical guidance and suggestions to ensure effective test results.
• Document test scripts and execute manual QA validation.
• Coordinate with developers and manual testers to analyze automation requirements for UI, API, and Mobile platforms.
• Manage defect lifecycles within sprint cycles and communicate risks regarding functionality or timelines to leads.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and monthly defect analysis sessions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• ServiceNow administration experience.
• Manual QA validation and test script documentation.
• Automation experience with Selenium and TestNG.
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• API testing using SoapUI.
• Mobile automation using Appium.
• Bachelor's degree.
