Description

Lead the testing team and own project quality through resource management and EHR testing methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing team, managing resource planning, issue resolution, and mentoring QA members.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for EHR applications, including clinical, billing, and interface workflows.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test plans, test data, and UAT test cases aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate testing activities and data collection with internal/external stakeholders, clinicians, and IT teams.
• Track test execution, manage defects, and generate metrics to measure application quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency with ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.
• Strong experience in QA automation using UFT (Unified Testing Tool).
• Advanced SQL skills for complex query writing and database validation.
• Experience with manual and automated testing across unit, integration, regression, smoke, UAT, system, stress, and load/performance testing.
• Proven ability to manage SaaS product testing and software usability concepts.
• Expertise in developing detailed test cases covering various user roles within EHR systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HL7 FHIR standards.
• Experience using Katalon or Selenium.
• Background working within a state agency.
