Description

You will lead the testing team and own the project's testing success through quality advocacy and resource management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing team, managing resource planning and resolving issues that impede testing efforts.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for EHR applications, including clinical, interface, and billing workflows.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including unit, integration, regression, smoke, system, stress, and load/performance testing.
• Prepare UAT test cases aligned with business requirements and conduct stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Create metrics to measure application quality and oversee defect tracking and reporting.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in test plan creation, test case execution, and managing testing processes.
• Proficiency in QA automation using UFT, Katalon, or Selenium.
• Strong experience with ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex query writing and database validation.
• Deep understanding of SaaS product testing, software usability, and the SDLC.
• Extensive experience with EHR application workflows, including practice management and clinical interfaces.
• Proven ability to coordinate testing activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and experience working with HL7 FHIR.
• Experience working within a state agency.
