Description

Lead the testing team and own project success through quality advocacy, resource management, and end-to-end test process ownership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end testing process, including creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for EHR application workflows, including clinical, interface, and billing modules.
• Coordinate testing activities and data collection with internal/external stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers.
• Track test execution, manage defects, and generate metrics to measure application quality.
• Mentor and train QA team members on EHR testing methodologies, best practices, and data migration testing.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software testing, including writing test plans and executing test cases.
• Expertise in manual and automated script generation for SaaS products.
• Proficiency with ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.
• Strong experience with UFT (Unified Testing Tool), Katalon, and Selenium.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex query writing and database validation.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and usability concepts.
• Experience conducting UAT, integration, regression, smoke, system, stress, and load/performance testing.
• Proven ability to manage EHR-specific workflows such as practice management and clinical interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with HL7 FHIR.
• Experience working within a state agency.
